Ground Floor

You will find two twin-bedrooms with a sharing bathroom (these 2 bedrooms are adjoined). Each of the bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 children or adults.

The large living room, made with glass walls, offers a fantastic view over the lush garden, pool area as well as a direct view over the ocean.

In one comfortable corner of the Living room, you will find the TV area, with TV and DVD Player, as well as a homy fire place.

You will also find a lovely and big dining area and fully equipped (separate) kitchen with an American style fridge and a small breakfast area that opens to the inside garden terrace.

Finally, in the center of the Vila, there is an open garden terrace area, with flower vases; a kind of winter garden, that brings even more light to the living room.

From the glass window front, that can completely be opened up to the garden, you are taken into paradise, where you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or have a barbecue.

The first floor

The access is enabled by a wooden staircase.

On the first floor there are four double bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathroom (three of the them with showers, one with a bathtub)

One of this bedrooms is the Master bedroom, with it´s own fireplace and TV, opening to a large terrace with breathtaking views over the ocean.

You will also find another small sun-terrace on this floor.

Second floor

Here you will find a small office space with a balcony.

The higher it gets, the better the view!

Basement

There´s a big garage with room for two vehicles, a bathroom (with drier and washing machine) and a small game room with a pool table.

Vila Santa Eulália is ideal to spend some relaxing and amazing holidays or even to host ceremonies, birthdays, weddings, all type of small events.

You will be amazed by this beautiful family house, among with it´s private garden and large panoramic balcony, you can choose where to contemplate the sunsets.

A security deposit of 1000€ is required upon arrival. This will be charged by credit card. This refund will be made within 7 days of check-out.
If the guest wish to organize any type of event, a non-refundable cost of 3000€ will be charge.
In case of events a deposit of 5000€ will be pre-authorized on the guests credit card. This amount will be refunded whiting 7 days if no damage is made to the villa.
Please note that pool heating is available on request at an additional cost of 500€ per week.
