Located in the heart of Albufeira, the villa is conviently located within a 3 minute walk to the Strip where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, nightlife, and shops. Oura beach is located within 8 minutes walk with its bars and restaurants looking over the sea. This large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).
A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.
The charging of electric cars is not allowed.

Beautiful five bedroom villa, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room area, open plan kitchen and living room. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The living room has a large TV with Satellite Channels, and seating for up to 10 people. There is an internal dining area for 10 people beside the kitchen. The living room has large sliding doors leading to the private swimming pool and external dining area.Bedroom 1: Large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and shared en-suite facilitiesbedroom 2: Twin bedroom with shared en suite facilites and fitted wardrobesBedroom 3: Twin bedroom, with fitted wardrobe. Villa Pavao is located on a private plot with private swimming pool, Garden area, pool table. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun around the pool. There are sunloungers, and a table and chairs outside to enjoy a fresh salad in the mid day sun. The pool is cleaned and PH Levels checked on a regular basis.BBQ is easily accessible beside a large window next to the kitchen. Located at the side of the villa that lead to the swimming pool. Villa Pavao is ideal for any social event. The garden is cut once a week, usually in the morning to avoid any disruption to your holiday. We can change the times that these take place to suit your requirements.

Villa tres bien situé a proximité de tout pas besoin de la voiture villa veillissante les photos de la location ne correspond pas du tout a la villa pavao malgres ca la villa surtout le jardin et la piscine cetai pas mal la télé des annee 90 ne marchai pas mes le gardien qui travail pour la villa a ete sympa et nous a dépanner une petite tele car au prix ou nous avons louer la villa au moin avoir un ecrant plat moderne dans la villa il y avait trop de fourmis désagréables meuble au decu de la plaque a induction casser et es tomber pandant la nuit et a aggravé la détérioration de la plaque a induction deja endommagé le voisinage trop bruyant la nuit surtout nous avons retrouver des verre et assiette casser jeter par le voisinage dans la piscine et au abord de la piscine dangereux pour les enfsnts et nous etions en colere sinon pour tout le reste rien a dire pelouse piscine nettoyage piscine barbecue et espace interieur de la villa rien a dire
