ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Villa Oura Beach has a beautiful Mediterranean-influenced architecture, and has air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge ( living - dining room).
It is very spacious with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, american kitchen and a very spacious lounge with dining and sitting area with seating for 12 people . This beautiful and spacious detached one storey villa it is set in a private gated mature garden. It is a top quality holiday accommodation where comfortably sleeps up to 12 people in two en-suite bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each, two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and one bedroom with two beds that although it may be used by two adults was specially designed for children. Villa Oura Beach was tastefully decorated with lovely unique details, finished and furnished to a high standard, well equipped with everything our guests may need, starting from a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, iron, iron board, pans, chopping boards, etc, (It is as well, exceptionally well equipped with crockery/ cutlery for luxury eating/drinking in and around the terrace/pool area), and a flat screen digital satellite TV, radio, DVD player, free Internet wi-fi and safe.In the lovely well kept gardens, beautifully landscape with lots of mature trees you can spend hours relaxing by the great pool, reading a book, swimming, sunbathing or enjoying al fresco dining at the BBQ area.

Villa Oura Beach it is situated in the heart of the Oura area, at a short walk from the beach and 200 meters from The Strip.The key attraction of the area is ´´The Strip``, where you will find loads of shops, cafés, pubs, entertainment and restaurants. In the evenings, the Strip come alive, there is always something going on: live entertainment, music and partygoers, the atmosphere it is vibrant. Away from the main road there are many hidden gems in the winding narrow cobbled streets, awash with cafes, restaurants, market stalls and little shops selling local crafts and gifts. The all area is nice, clean and safe.The area also offers the best and most diverse tourist products: quality accommodation, golf courses, theme parks, dream beaches, nature, nightlife, culture and cuisine. This is a perfect place to spend your so deserved holidays

It was a long time ago that we start looking for a new villa near Oura Beach and the Strip. Until now, none simultaneously corresponded to our quality standards, and had the ideal location near the beach and the main amenities, providing at the same time a quite rest to our guests.We are delighted to have found Villa Oura Beach, it was love at first sight, it has everything we were looking for.
It is with great pride that we have just placed this amazing villa for holiday rental and you couldn't ask for a lovelier holiday home in such a great location in the heart of The Strip.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT- 400 euros, due at the check-in. It is refunded at the check-out, except for late check-outs (after 10:00pm and before 9:00am) that are refunded within 3 working days), providing there has been no breakages at the villa.

“Disappointing”
We are just back (group of 10) from spending a week here and although we had a lovely holiday the villa was disappointing. The entrance is dirty and unkempt as is most of the outside, the BBQ is old and dirty so we couldn’t BBQ at all. The pool area is nice and the pool itself is clean with plenty of sun loungers. The inside of the villa was clean and the air conditioning was very good but the villa is quite dated and some of the single beds are very squeaky. The location is great as you are close to all essential amenities and even though it is very close to the strip you do not hear much noise at night.

“Absolutely Stunning Location and Villa”
Well what can I say. The villa was amazing in the best location you could wish for. Just a 2 minute walk to the new strip and the road train to the Old Town. Although it was close the noise from the Strip didn't keep you awake in fact you couldn't really hear it. The grounds were spacious lots of fruit trees with fresh lemons daily large and tasty. The pool was refreshing and big enough for us all. It was cleaned twice a week always fresh looking and the kids loved it. I was a little concerned when I read that the villa was dated and I can agree that yeah it is a little in some places but more than comfortable for the 9 of us that stayed there 6 Adults and 3 small children. There was everything you needed. The outside was the main part of the villa to me and it was stunning well kept and clean as that's where we spent most of our time and it was more than enough. Plenty of sun beds the sun day bed and two umbrellas to shade from the hot sun which filled the space all day. The BBQ and area was large and we did try it out and fun was had by all. The men of the group took charge and did very well. The owners Paulo and Christina were amazing nothing was too much trouble. They arranged the transfers from the airport and as we arrived late in the evening they even did a shop for us so that we had the essentials for the next morning. They were very welcoming. We had to contact them twice one for the kettle which had stopped working and one for the transfers due to flight time change. Paulo was there with a new kettle and emailed me with the time of the changed pick up in less than 24 hours. We stayed for two weeks and we didn't want to leave. Paulo was there to wave us off such a gentleman. If you are looking to book this villa trust me you won't be disappointed it's worth a stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Thank you Christina and Paulo for making our stay the most enjoyable and helping us to make memories with our children and grandchildren in your lovely villa..
