Description

The detached villa is located in the Vale da Ursa called Villa Belo Horizonte just 10 minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.

Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The detached villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With three double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

ENTRANCE HALL

LOUNGE

Spacious lounge dining room 25m2, with 1 ample sofa, 1 ample sofa bed for an extra sleep, dining table and 7 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a king size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each and one sofa bed in the lounge for an extra sleep.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, Free Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have king size bed and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

7 chairs table and clothes airer.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

PRIVATE PARKING

Private parking outside in property for three cars.

Getting around

Driving directions: Driving on the A22 and from Faro to Albufeira, you get out on Albufeira towards Guia on the 125 road and turn left on the first roundabout, drive through Guia strait on and then right 2 kms ahead were it says Vale da Ursa, then right again on the first tarmat road you find, the villa is just 200 meters ahead on the right.

I always give my guests all the space they need during there stay, but I am always on the other end and available for any information or even any issue that might occure. Am always accessible to help out and give them all the information they need.

Excellent stay! Clean villa.. Exactly as the pictures as show. Nice location, quiet with shops etc nearby. Perfect for families. Nice touch with toys and inflatables available for the kids. Nuno very responsive to any questions.

Response from the owner Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez bénéficié de votre séjour. Malheureusement, tous les invités doivent être assez humbles pour comprendre qu'ils doivent être responsables de tout bracketing effectué par eux. Le lit de voyage n'a pas été cassé lors de l'enregistrement et seulement maintenant sur la critique, a été mentionné pour la première fois sur l'odeur dans la salle de bain dont je n'ai jamais été informé, ce qui démontre que cela ne vous a pas dérangé, s'il existait réellement Je n'ai aucune information à ce sujet et vous ne m'avez pas informé. Nous n'avons jamais reçu de plainte concernant les fourmis dans la villa, mais maintenant, sur la revue, vous mentionnez les fourmis pour la première fois, ce qui démontre que vous essayez de diffamer la villa pour montrer votre désaccord pour vous facturer les dommages que vous avez causés. Il est très triste de vivre cette situation. Quiconque lit toutes les autres revues comprendra que celui-ci n'a aucun sens et que nous ne faisons pas d'histoires pour charger nos invités en toutes circonstances. Vous devriez également connaître l'accord de réservation dans lequel vous avez accepté lorsque vous avez effectué votre réservation, que vous pouvez lire sur le site Web qui dit: «Vous ne pouvez pas autoriser plus de personnes à rester dans la propriété que celles expressément autorisées, et vous ne pouvez pas modifier de manière significative le maquillage de la fête pendant votre séjour dans la propriété, et vous ne pouvez pas non plus emmener votre animal de compagnie dans la propriété, sauf si elle est indiquée sur votre formulaire de réservation ou détaillée dans une autre correspondance et a convenu avec nous à l'avance. Dans les futures réservations, vous devriez toujours informer les propriétaires si vous recevrez d'autres invités et vérifiez auprès du propriétaire s'il est d'accord ou non. Je suis très triste pour cette situation, mais toute situation comme celle-ci doit être et sera traitée de la même manière. Je vous remercie.
