Description
Villas 2, 15 and 81 are traditional in style, "cozy" and comfortable, are a great location to enjoy all the conditions and facilities area of Areias de S. João in the heart of Albufeira and where is located the Village tourist along the Oura beach and next to the well-known and busy "strip" which offers a vibrant nightlife with bars, traditional and international restaurants, cafes, clubs disco, supermarkets, shops, taxi and tourist and public transport. It is also five minutes’ walk from the bus stops of the main attractions and distractions that may have in the Algarve, such as: Turistic Train, Zoomarine, Aqualand, Aquashow, Sightseeing Albufeira, etc.
The villas were completely rebuilt and redecorated since its acquisition and the owners are keen to continue to maintain a high standard of quality which is one of our differentiated offerings. They are very similar in their lay out as part of an urban set developed for tourism, for years, according to a criterion of simplicity and functionality. They have a fantastic location and are close to all the necessities for your family or your group of friends on vacation, it is not necessary car. Are a few minutes’ walk from the entertainment and leisure venues and the beaches of Oura and Forte. The center of the old town is a few minutes’ walk including through the beach of Forte, which is recommended. Albufeira, is in the middle of the Algarve and close to many places and towns worth checking out. It is served by rail so you can use this medium for visits. Faro airport is only 35 Km.
In all the villas open-plan room with seating area with armchairs and cable TV and a Wi-Fi service quality; kitchen in the villas 2 to 15 and kitchenette in the villa 81 are fully equipped including with oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and other equipment; the dining room includes a table and chairs for the capacity of each villa. A wide sliding door makes communication with the covered terrace with full view of the pool with table and chairs, perfect place to be during the day and a dinner "Al Fresco". The rooms, all overlooking the pool and bathrooms in sufficient numbers are those listed in each of the villas and all have rooms with double beds and en suite and bedrooms with twin beds. In front of the living and bedrooms room appears the pool with nice terrace and flower beds where they grow fantastic "Sterlitzia nicolai", have a barbecue, seating areas and ping pong table and a generous sized pool lined with beds and parasols for a perfect relaxation.
We provide a complete cleaning service and detailed prior to your arrival and a change of towels mid stay. If the time is fifteen or more days per week we provide a thorough cleaning. We can arrange additional cleaning service if required for additional price.
NOTE: FOR MONTHLY RENTALS (WINTER), WITH THE PRICE ADJUSTED TO THIS SITUATION, IS INTENDED FOR OCCUPANCY BY A COUPLE (TWO PEOPLE) AND NO CLEANING SERVICES OR CHANGE OF CLOTHES ARE PROVIDED..To survey requests sent a link to photo album display of the villas but if you do not get in our response kindly requested to ask us your submission. As a rule we, the owners, we received our guests which is always a plus and great pleasure for us. In order to facilitate the arrival and movement of our guests we can inform the transfer service from Faro airport which usually performs these services for our villas.

“Perfect Villa”
I don't think you can get a more perfect villa in Albufeira. Attractive residential area that most importantly was completely quiet. Portuguese neighbour on one side, other side was empty at the time of our stay. Enclosed private garden. Clean, refreshing pool which was a decent size (not the largest but fine for our family). 3 bedrooms, two which opened out onto the pool. 3 bathrooms which was handy. Washing machine which was so helpful, and air con which I really appreciated at times. Helena was there to meet us and on the day we left which was reassuring. Restaurants round the corner, late opening supermarkets too and Aldi 10 mins walk away. Beaches also in walking distance! I recommend the tourist train to take you to old town, the stop for this is 5 mins away. Could not recommend this villa more! It made our holiday perfect.

“Lovely stay!”
My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Vila 2 Albufeira! Helena and Alfredo are lovely and make you feel extremely welcome. There is everything you need at the Vila for a perfect holiday. Although November there are still plenty of things to do and visit, the beach is glorious, plus many delicious restaurants to try!
