Located in the heart of Albufeira, this large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space.

All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (2 minutes walk)

Please note that the charging of electric cars is not allowed.

This is an 8 bedroom villa that sleeps 18 people. If further beds or sofa bed is required there will be an additional charge to cover our costs. Please enquire for further information. We can accommodate upto 22 people if required. There is a charge of £50 per additional bed required.If you wish to reserve this villa we will require a 25% deposit with the remaining amount 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via Paypal, or over the phone by debit or credit card

Located on the top floor are bedrooms 1 and 2. Both these bedrooms have ensuite facilites, large terraces looking onto the pool. They have been furnished to a high standard with fitted wardrobes and solid furnishing. Both ensuite shower/bathrooms are modern, spacious and clean.As you enter the property you are met by a spacious hallway which leads to bedroom 3, 4, 5 and 6. There is a seperate modern fully integrated kitchen to the right, which is fully equipped. Bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 benefit from large glass sliding windows with a large terrace looking onto the pool and elevated views. The main bathroom is located beside bedroom 6, it is spacious, modern and clean.On the ground floor there is a spacious 7th and 8th bedroom beside a further large bathroom. There is a large living room with an open plan kitchen which is fully integrated with breakfast bar looking onto the private pool and bbq area. The living room has large glass sliding doors leading out onto the sun terrace with direct views onto the pool and gated parking area. The living room has plenty of sofas to accommodate upto 14 people, TV with Satellite channels, and an indoor dining area. Villa Bella benefits from a large swimming pool that gets good sun coverage throughout the day for Sun lovers. There is plenty of room around the pool for sunloungers, and large outside table and chairs. There is also a BBQ beside the pool, and table tennis table that can be used.

“Villa Bella”

Villa was very spacious we were a family of 12. From 5-72 years. We paid extra to heat the pool as it’s needed in February. Villa lacks the personal touch silly things need addressing like hooks on bathroom doors for dressing gown maybe extra lighting around the rooms and also the odd tv in bedroom as no everyone wants to be in the same room and watch the same channel’s. The cleaning only happens 1 time during your stay with our 2 week stay I think it should be 1 per week as towards the end of the 2 week stay it was full of dirty towels. The location can be challenging as it’s both in the middle of both Old and New Town to the right. The old Town that is a 10 min dwn hill walk but mind you walk back up or if your like some of us a €5 Taxi back lovely restaurants and a lot more busy after March 23rd as most of Portugal is quiet in February.The New Town is a 10 min to the left up hill To Oura lovely beach for breakfast and cocktails. Try a Tuc Tuc home they are fab. Overall I would stay at this villa again no problem what so ever.
