The property is in within easy reach of the beach, facilities of the 5 star Santa Eulalia Hotel, Pinecliffs Resort and 25 minute drive to Quinta do Lago. It is surrounded by the best golf courses and lovely restaurants. There is a supermarket approximately a three minute walk from the villa (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

Villa Santa, has all the modern accessories you would expect in a modern villa: digital TV, modern kitchen with microwave, hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and washing machine.

The villa itself is located on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor.All bedrooms have outside space with either a balcony, or double doors leading out (apart from one), air conditioning and storage space for your clothes.Villa Santa is only a brief walk to the beach (Santa Eulalia) which is one of my favourites as it is relatively quiet. The dining and living room are spacious and provide ample space to house 10 people plus and are excellent open plan areas for entertaining large parties. As you enter the main door of Villa Santa you will find yourself in a fully open plan Italian kitchen / lounger / diner. It is a well sized room and can easily accommodate cooking for up to 16 people. There is a light airy feel owing to the double height ceiling, glass roof and double sliding doors leading out to the garden and pool area. The large dining area for up to 10 people features a natural washed pine dining suite. The living room has three large sofas. The double sliding doors lead out to the swimming pool which is flooded with light during the day.

Bedroom 3: 1 Double bedroom with 1 single bed using house bathroom.

First Floor:

Bedroom 5: Twin bedroom sharing house bathroom. Can add one extra single bed.

Bedroom 6: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The upstairs hallway has two large windows which look onto beautiful views of the trees and partial sea views Generally Villa Santa has modern furniture, kitchen, bathrooms and is tastefully tiled throughout to provide a modern feel. We have kept some of the original features such as the wooden pine ceilings on the 1st floor, solid wooden staircase, to retain some of the Portuguese influences. Villa Santa is a villa that can be enjoyed by large groups, and families for a variety of types of holidays.

Outside there is room to park 2 cars, lawn area and swimming pool with space to lounge around on the sun loungers, or make use of the outside table. The swimming pool may be heated upon request at an additional charge.

There is a lawn area beside the pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun throughout the day.

Both the Strip and the Old Town are easily accessible on foot from the villa. there as bars, restaurants, and Santa Eulalia beach just a few minutes walk from the villa.

There is an Intermarche supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the villa which stocks most essential items.

“Partly of 12 for a hen doo”

Just returned from a 3 night stay here for a hen doo I planned. We had such a lovely time. The villa is not as big as the photos make out but was still plenty big enough for our group of 12 girls. There was only 11 sunbeds but that was no problem as there were plenty of floats left in the pool to float on. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bedroom space. 3 upstairs and 3 down. A couple of us did end up with a cold shower on the first night but we learnt to spread our showers out over the next couple of days. The villa does back on to a main road which can sometimes be noisy but to be honest the location was exellent as only walking distance from an amazing beach which you wouldn't have if you were more inland off the beaten track. Couldn't fault the location. Everything was on your doorstep. Supermarket, small convenience stores and loads of cafe and restaurants which we mainly used for breakfast and lunch. So reasonably priced too!! The hotel next door booked our taxis every night as we would eat out in the old town. Would cost around 5 euros to get there. Thanks again to the management company who let us have late checkout as our pick up wasnt until 5pm. This unabled to still enjoy our last day to the full. Overall a very enjoyable stay and very happy with everything Thank you.

“Not true to pictures”

I just returned from villa Santa and although this is a nice villas it is alot smaller than the pictures would have you believe. These pictures show a before renovation and after so is confusing and the pool is alot smaller, I think a wide lense camera was used, the water only provided 4 hot showers and there was 10 of us, we called Miguel who checked the boiler but said the solar panels didn't work on the roof so cold showers it was to be, great location but disappointed, it was my 50th and I took my friends to celebrate with me so I was very deflated when we arrived, we all wasn't sure if we was in the right villa, spoke to manager Patrick but he didn't take me seriously so had to speak to another agent when I got home who then checked the pictures to see i was right and only received an apology
