Description
Sleeps 10. 4 bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool. Air-conditioning and internet access. Can sleep 10 if request extra sofa bed. Fully enclosed garden. Secluded with wonderful views. Outdoor alfresco dining area next to the barbecue, within 8 minutes from beautiful beaches and the famous strip and 15 minutes from top golf courses.
Refunded breakage deposit of 600 euros for families and 150 euros each for single parties or under 27 years, this is refunded 24 to 48 hrs after check out.
Pool heating has an extra cost of 150 euros per week.
This villa has a Friday change over day.
We provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.
Villa must be left clean.
Please note that the swimming pool has been fitted with a pool heat pump making the water 3ºC to 5ºC warmer, around noon, compared to a non heated pool in low season. The heating of the pool has an extra cost of 150 euros per week.

“Good location”
I booked this villa for my daughters 21st birthday celebration with her friends. I wasn't with her but by all accounts this is a fabulous rental. It is ideally located for the beach and restaurants but equally in a very quiet area. It is spacious with a lovely garden and heated swimming pool. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and there was nothing the villa lacked. The owner Susana answered numerous questions before the trip and arranged transfers which worked brilliantly. The damage deposit was refunded within 24 hours of the end of the holiday. I cannot thank Susanna enough for allowing my daughter and her 7 friends to spend what turned out to be a brilliant and unforgettable week in her villa.
