Description
Villa Andorinha is located in the heart of Albufeira. This large plot with mature plants is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. There are 5 bedrooms.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
The property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located. Algarve Shopping has a large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment and a large cinema with all the latest releases in English. It is a 25 minute drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants and there is a supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).
A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.
The property is within an easy stroll to the Strip which is located at the end of the road (2 minutes walk).
Oura Beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and easy to get to. There are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink.
"The Strip" where you will find the main nightlife, with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and shops is located 2 minutes walk from the villa.

Beautiful five bedroom villa with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room area. Open plan kitchen and living room. Two of the five bedrooms have en suite facilities. The living room has a TV and seating for up to 10 people.
There is a dining area for 10 people beside the kitchen.
The living room has large sliding doors leading to the private swimming pool and outside dining area.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom & 1 Single, with en suite shower room, sliding wardrobe, and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and air conditioning & fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: twin bedroom with air conditioning, and large wardrobe shares house bathroom featuring bath/shower, WC & bidet with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4: twin bedroom with views onto the pool with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, shares house bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5: Located beside lounge with twin beds. with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes & en suite shower room.
Extra beds can be added in lounge instead of sofa bed.
All amenities are on the ground floor. There are no stairs to worry about for small children.
The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, washing machine, and large fridge freezer.

Villa Andorinha is located on a private plot with private swimming pool and garden area. If you would like to ensure the pool table is at the villa please advise us. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun around the pool. There are sun loungers, and a table and chairs outside to enjoy a fresh salad in the mid day sun.
The pool is cleaned and PH levels checked on a regular basis.
The garden is cut once a week, usually in the morning to avoid any disruption to your holiday.

“Family Holiday”
We had a lovely time the villa is a perfect location for bars, restaurants and the beach. The villa is basic and had everything we needed we did have to wait for a technician to fix the WiFi which only worked at the end of our stay but that is just bad luck! After waiting an extra year to celebrate a big birthday in the family it was lovely to be all together and the staff were helpful before and during we just messaged if we needed any help! Medical centre nearby were also helpful when the kids were struggling with their ears!

“Birthday bash”
We arrived in Faro and our arranged driver was there waiting for us. Just over half an hour and we arrived in Alberfuria. The villa was clean and spacious. Pool area was lovely too. Gorgeous sun beds. Plenty of storage in all the rooms and everywhere immaculate. A 2 minute walk takes you to the strip but we preferred a TUC TUC to the old town. Perfect place for a nice holiday and even though it's close to the strip we didn't hear anything at all.
