This Fantastic 4 Bedroom Detached Private Villa With Private Pool is Totally Enclosed And Fully Alarmed,
Situated On A Good Sized Plot With Gardens Front And Rear,
The Villa is fully Air-Conditioned and is included from 15/07 - 31/08 and available as an option for 150 € per week out of these dates as to not charge people when not required,
The villa as been fully modernised with new bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and uk Sat TV, Wi-Fi Routers are available for the property at 35 € per week and must be pre-booked,
The fully fitted kitchen is supplied with all you will need and a the lounge as large LCD TV.
The large open plan lounge / kitchen opens up onto the good size gardens where you will find a grass area for the sun-beds and also the 5 x 3.5 meter shaped pool ( Enclosed for children's safety ) and at the back of the property there are table and chairs and a pergola for outside dining and a large BBQ.
We also have another 3 - 6-bedroom villa next door for families travelling together,
There is a 500 Gbp damage deposit plus credit card when families and 100 Gbp per person when groups over 25 years old and 175 Gbp person when under 25 years old ,

Response from the manager Good afternoon, As you were a young group and not a family, A list of do and donts is for your information, so that your damage deposits are returned in full, obviously we do not have to go through this with families as a lot of the things we mention a family would not do, As we do have a lot of groups that do a lot of damage or bring people back for parties, you are warned beforehand so this does not happen, You have to remember this is not our property and we are looking after it for the owners who have spent a lot of there time and money renovating the property this year and we wish to keep it looking as it was when you arrived, In future, we will just stop renting to groups, Regards, Dale

Response from the manager Good afternoon, We are glad you had a good time and we apologise for the pool light not working and we repaired this as soon as it was possible as the previous clients had not told us it was not working, but the back of the property as lighting around the bbq area which i did point out,electricity tripping out in Portugal is normal if using a lot of items at once expecially the air-con and a few kitchen items which take a lot of power, We do only do entrance / exit cleans but leave spare linen and towels for changes, i do not know what the smell was as i came there a few times and didnt smell anything,maybe the outside drains with it being hot and the way the wind was blowing,All the best, Dale
