Access to Public Transport to Madrid Center and near to Barajas Airport. 10 minutes walk to Law and Economic University Campus and all Services near the building. In the Appartment you have all you need for your stay:

- Wifi Network. You will recieve the Password details over the Check in.

- Heating system and water over Gas Individual boiler.

- Different Gadjets for enjoying the Room: LED Tv, Usb plugs, Tablet Arm Subjection for the bed...

- The Bathroom Shower has a SPA Shower And LED Mirror for better Make up sessions. All bathroom utilities included (Gel, Shampoo, hairdryer...).

- Full Equiped Kitchen with all utilities needed.

- We also have a Laundry Room, that you can use asking to our Staff.

Once your reservation is Accepted, we will contact you by phone, to coordinate your arrival and Check in, and will send you by message the next instructions: - Connection via Whatsapp to be in direct contact with you. - Googlemaps location. - Information about Public Transport, instructions and details of contact from our Staff. - If you are comming by car, we have Parking lots for renting per days, feel free to ask us. - Keys: from the momment we contact you, we will assign you a designated host to coordinate your arrival time, and that will be in contact in advance, to help you to get to our door. Will show you arround and inform you about the handover of the keys and details.

“Perfect close to campus apartment”

100% recommended! The landlord is very understandable and does his best to accommodate all of your needs. The location is great and very close to faculty, public transport, and super markets.

How do damage deposits work?
