Description

The House is relatively large, old building. Saved two or three zones, the structure has over 300 years of age, which is noticeable in the thickness of the walls (which reaches one metre). Virtually all the Windows and doors are in wood with internal shutters, which combined with the thickness of the walls, maintains much of the heat outside during the summer.

There is a small area of the House that, in case of a car, will be inaccessible, since there will be stored valuables, requested in times when family members have recourse to the same.

The main area consists of two floors. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two beds (one double and one single), with an area of approximately 10 m 2, adjacent to a complete bathroom with bathtub, renovated very recently. There's a door that gives access to an outdoor staircase to the back of the House. Then there is a spacious kitchen fully equipped (gas range), with a small table and a fireplace with wood burning stove. This is the kitchen which is the automatic water heater heats the water to the whole House. In the annex there is a large dining room, where they empty into two flights of stairs, one for the lower floor of the House, the other in the living room, slightly elevated on the first floor. This Lounge has three couches and an armchair, a fireplace ' salamander ', and a television that currently only offers FREEVIEW. Passing to the lower floor of the House, the staircase leads to a hall slightly smaller than the dining room, from which you can access the two bedrooms, one double and the other smaller, and a full bathroom with shower base. In this area there is an access to the exterior of the House. Returning to the kitchen/living room, both divisions have doors onto the balcony on the yard, where two large chairs from home. From this porch you can descend a staircase to the yard, in the middle of such a staircase door to the street. At the end of the staircase there is a small cemented area with access to the Division where the washing machine as well as a small service BATHROOM that sits under the balcony. Beyond the backyard itself: a grassy area with three Orange young, a plum and an apricot. The yard is surrounded by a wall approximately 6 feet tall, except on the right-hand side, where you will find a shed that serves as a storage of firewood, and the garage, equipped with automatic gate with remote control, and where a vehicle is slight, even if of large dimensions.

The gas used by the water heater and the stove is stored in two tanks, inside the private zone previously mentioned.

The village has reduced mobile network coverage, being just the network TMN prevalent in almost any space.

The location of the village is highly privileged from a tourist point of view. The village is 20 minutes ' drive from Nazaré, at which become possible bathing everyday without the disadvantages of busy and noisy area resident. North of the village lies the Marinha Grande to 20 km, s. Pedro de Moel (Beach) 20 km, 40 km, Fátima on the monastery of Batalha and Leiria's 15 km to 25 km. To the South lies Alcobaça Monastery and the 15 km, the dinosaur footprints of Ourém/Torres Novas to 30 km, s. Martinho do Porto the 30 km, Porto de Mós (where there is a small castle) 14 km, Caldas da Rainha to 35 km to 40 km, Óbidos, Peniche and Berlengas Islands to 65 km and the limestone caves de Mira de Aire and currency to 35 miles. all these routeseven the most distant, take less than an hour to complete, given the presence of motorways and IC 's, leading most less than 30 minutes (the village is a mere 2 km from the exit A8 Porto de Mós/Pataias).
