Spacious detached modern villa with swimming pool, situated in the village of Acipreste, near Alcobaca (8 minutes drive) surrounded by fruit trees and grapevines with views over beautiful countryside and the Serra dos Candeeiros hills in the distance make this the perfect location for a relaxing holiday.
Fully registered as Local Accommodation (98120/AL) with Portuguese Tourism.
Upper Floor - Open plan kitchen, dining, living area, fully furnished with L shaped sofa, Flatscreen TV with bluetooth soundbar, Dvd player with various dvd's, PS3 games console with a selection of games and log burning stove (firewood provided), the kitchen is fully equiped with built in electric oven, induction hob, microwave, full size dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso (capsule) coffee machine. There is also a shower wet room/wc on this level. Patio doors open onto the pool/garden and terrace which surrounds the villa providing plenty of space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Electric gate entry allows access to hardstanding car parking area.
Lower Floor - This level has 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with King size bed has an ensuite wetroom and walk-in wardrobe, bedroom 2 has a king size bed with built in wardrobe and bedroom 3 has two single beds with built in wardrobe, a travel cot and high chair are also available, all 3 bedrooms have patio doors onto a large terrace perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a large family bathroom with shower over the bath on this level.
Basement - Stairs from the bedroom level lead to the basement which has a laundry room with washing machine.
All windows in the property have electric shutters for added security.
Outside - Swimming Pool, garden including large lawn ideal for outdoor games, sheltered BBQ area for outdoor dining, outdoor furniture including sun loungers, dining tables & chairs. Towels for use around the Pool provided.
Outdoor games equipment.
Wi-Fi Internet access available.
EU/UK travel adaptors in all rooms.
A welcome pack is provided.

Response from the owner Thank you for taking the time to write your review, we are pleased that you thought Vista Colina was a beautiful place and ideally situated to visit the many Heritage sites that the area has to offer. In response to your comments about the pool lacking privacy and being close to neighbours and a road, we have two neighbours directly opposite on the other side of the road that are mostly obscured by a high hedge and we rarely see them apart from when they come and go by car and a friendly wave before they enter their homes, you seem to imply the road is busy but it not much wider than a car and is only used by local farmers on their tractors and a few cars per day as previous guests have commented on in their reviews, yes the pool is slightly visible from the road on one side but this is partly due to the fact that we lost two established shrubs last winter from the garden and they have been replanted but take time to grow. When you speak of noise pollution we guess you are not talking about the road because as we have said before it has very little traffic, the loud music that can sometimes be heard is not from a club, we have spoken to our neighbours and they have told us there are no clubs nearby but the music is from villages holding Fiestas on some weekends in the summer. Unfortunately the dogs barking In the neighbourhood seems to be normal in Portugal and other Mediterranean countries because they are kept in kennels outside for security and bark when their owners return from work. Sorry for the delay in responding to you but we wanted to find out about source of the loud music from our neighbours, We appreciate your comments and hope that the wine and flowers that we provided on your arrival helped you celebrate your birthday and enjoy your time at Vista Colina.
