Close to the river, with a great view, in a quiet area, all amenities at sight and a short walk from main tourist sites (Belém).

Easy access to transports (train, tram, bus and taxi) direct to Lisbon city center and Cascais / Estoril beaches.

This completely remodelled and sunny apartment, is an ideal space for a comfortable and quiet stay in Lisbon. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, one bathroom, kitchen with laundry and a spacious living room featuring 2 sofa beds. It`s practical and very well equip with all the amenities for a pleasant and joyful stay.

Guests have full access to the apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen and free and fast WiFi.

Guests will be personally received by me, I will provide the keys to the house, and brief you about it`s surroundings, transports and other useful information that may come in hand.

You may also request, in advance baby cribs and high chair.

Very close to Belém, just a 15min walk by the river side, Algés is very typical quiet and secure neighbourhood full of life and good typical restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores and supermarkets. It´s unique location grants you fast and simple access to all public transports to Lisbon city center and to Cascais and Estoril's beaches.

Music fest NOS Alive 12, 13, and 14 July and round the world Volvo Ocean Race (2017/2018) Lisbon Stopover racing village is at walking distance.

Tram 15 just across the street takes you to Belém in 10 min or Lisbon city center, (Praça do Comércio) in 25 min.

Algés train station, 10min walk, takes you to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) in 11 min, to the beaches in 15 min or Cascais in 25min.

Bus and taxi station, 10 min walking distance.

The parking places available in the apartment street are payed from 9.00 to 19.00 Saturday from 9.00h to 13.00h, nearby streets are free weekly parking ticket costs 8€.

How do damage deposits work?
