Description
The apartment is located about 250 meters from the Lido beach. It is about 110 square meters and has three bedrooms, entrance with large living room with sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower).
It has two large terraces, one facing East and the other West, both with room up to 10 people comfortably seated at table; parking garage available on request, as well as the scooter place.
Within 150 meters from the building a shopping center, several supermarkets, two great pizzerias / restaurants, a pharmacy and a post office are available.
Air conditioning and heating are provided. Bed linen and bath towels depending on the stay, a bed for children, and possibly a cot, are also available.

L'appartamento, situato a circa 250 metri dalla spiaggia del Lido, è di circa 110 metri quadrati, ed è composto da due camere da letto con letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, ingresso con ampio soggiorno con divano letto a due piazze, cucinetta e due bagni (uno con vasca e uno con doccia).
Ha due ampi terrazzi, rivolti uno a Est e l'altro a Ovest, entrambi con la possibilità di posizionare comodamente sino a 10 persone a tavola; il garage è a richiesta, così come il posto scooter chiuso.
Nel raggio di 150 metri ha un Iperconad, un piccolo centro commerciale, un hard discount, due ottime pizzerie/ristoranti, una farmacia e l'ufficio postale.
Condizionamento e riscaldamento sono indipendenti.
A disposizione lenzuola e asciugamani in quantità funzionale alla lunghezza del soggiorno, un lettino per bimbi, ed eventualmente una culla.
