Description

The apartment is 80 square meters, plus a terrace of 70 square meters. The attic consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a living room with large kitchen, 6-person table and sitting area, a large terrace overlooking the sea equipped for eating outside, a second balcony with the washing machine. The attic can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with all comforts: kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Sheets and towels are provided. Located in a strategic position, it is located a few meters from the beach and countless restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies and typical Sardinian shops. A large supermarket is 400 meters away. Parking is free in the surrounding area and it is not difficult to find one even during the hottest summer months. The location is fantastic. In 1 minute you are at the beach. Passing through the famous 'ramblas' of Alghero you get in 5 minutes on foot to the city walls, from where the small historic center begins. The terrace is very private (no building around nearby) and the view is really beautiful, especially at sunset. The building is exposed to the wind so there is never hot in the summer. The attic is always exposed to light and is very bright. Guests will always have available a person who will be available for any eventuality.
