Situated within easy reach by car to the local beaches of Alghero and the historical Catalan old town centre.
Villa Vittoria offers accommodation with 5 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi which can not be missed, 2 terraces with fantastic panoramic views, a large garden with a BBQ for your relaxing evenings in the country surroundings.
Also, just for the children, a gold fish pond!!

The villa is equipped with new luxurious furniture. The kitchen and some parts of the upper floors and the suite are finished in Venetian plaster.
At the first floor there are the living room, the kitchen and a bedroom with double bed; at the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of these with doublebed, and a terrace; at the third floor there's the suite with private terrace and beautiful view. All rooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning.

Outside there is a veranda equipped with two sofas and two armchairs, a barbecue and a table to have a al fresco dining with nice view.
The pool is 12 x 6 meters wide, 1,5 m deep, with a jacuzzi (3 meters in diameter) deep 0,5 m, perfect for 6 or more people and like a little swimming pool for the children.
The pool is equipped with multicolor ledlights, 14 games color available, like disco or relax effects, etc.
In the garden there's a kids play area, with a slide, two swings, a rocking horse and a plastic house
The villa can be enjoyed at night as well as in the day as there are lights on the garden, around the pool and barbecue, in the pool and up the drive.
The entrance in the property is with automatic gate.
