Description

A lovely 2 bed apartment on a 5* gated golfing complex in Murcia. This apartment has it's own private roof terrace with spectacular views. Enjoy sunbathing or watching the sun go down with a nice bottle of wine. Overlooking the pool it is situated in magnificent gardens which are beautifully maintained. Directly behind the apartment you will find sport facilities including squash, tennis, paddle and some weekly yoga classes. There is also a lovely restaurant directly behind the apartment serving really nice food. Sunday lunch and fish and chips are 2 very popular menus. There is also quite a varied entertainment programe should you wish to participate.

The complex is well known in the area for the fantastic golf course. There is a newly built club house with snacks and drinks, buggies if you want a more relaxed game of golf. There are various tournaments you can enter should you wish to do so.

The town centre has several restaurants and bars plus a supermarket so you need not venture very far if you don't want to.

If you want to get about you will need to hire a car as the bus service from the complex is not very frequent. During the summer there are several activities for children as well as the adults and on Saturday evening there is a market.

The apartment has all mod cons including everything for your use in the kitchen ie: microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, airfryer, iron etc etc. There is a tv/dvd with english channels and wifi.

There is a meter for heating/air conditioning should you require it. This is operated by a card costing 10 Euros and usually lasts about 1 week.The cleaning charge of 65 Euros is payable on site when you arrive at the apartment.

“Another fantastic stay”

As usual booking was very easy and response times from the owner were very quick. The apartment is in a very good location with regards to the layout of the overall area and with very quick access to the pool just outside is great when you needed a quick cool off.. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and had just about everything we could have needed throughout our stay. Hopefully we will be able to come back next year as it is such a great place and would recommend this to anybody.

“Brilliant place for families.”

Apartments was perfect for our needs with all equipment that we needed. Nicely placed in from of swimming pool, garden area well kept with two small playgrounds. Roof terrace have nice view on the mountains( especially sunset). You can find supermarket and bars within the resort . Good contact with the owner and key holder. I can recommend this apartment for everyone who look for quiet time in nice surroundings, especially if you have a children. I hope we will go back down there soon. Thanks,

“Great rental”

From the initial booking to the end of our stay was brilliant. Contact with the owner was very easy and response time was very quick. The agent that met us on arrival was friendly and also very helpful when we contacted him through to the couple that checked us out at the end of the stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and is very well equipped. There is ample room for 4 people. Mattresses were not to our liking but then it is always hit and miss with rentals. Only issue is it could have done with some shade on the solarium but I am sure if we asked it may have been provided but as it was hitting over 50c in direct sunlight we were not bothered about going up until late evening. There was never an issue with noise which we thought might be a problem having a bar behind the apartment but this was not the case. The pool is a good size but we found certain parts of the day were busier and if you did want some shade it was hard to find. The rules do say that inflatables are not allowed but this was a little bit relaxed with a couple of people using inflatables. There is a Spar on site but found this to be a little overpriced for some things but we mainly shopped in the Mercadona which are amazing. There are various eateries in the "shopping centre" but depending on what you are looking for we found the bar behind the apartment better priced. The location of the complex itself does seem remote but you do not have to travel too far to hit the beach or local towns. I have already recommended this complex to friends and family and hopefully we will be back next year.
