Reminisce about lazy childhood days as you overlook a spectacular, panoramic mountain view. Share a romantic dinner on our huge terrace whilst enjoying the sunset. We invite to indulge in only the very best that Murcia has to offer. Your new sanctuary is a spacious two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor, a step away from the infinity swimming pool. Fully furnished, the apartment overlooks the lake with the advantage of a side-window exclusive to corner apartments. With free Wi-Fi, a 32-inch television, DVD player this apartment is perfect for calm, warm nights in with the family. Fancy a night-out? A selection of bars, shops, restaurants are located just a 5 minute walk away. During the summer months of July and August we are also pleased to be located close to the visiting 'Saturday Market' with live music and shows sure to get you in the holiday mood! For the daytime, the area is abound with activities: a private clubhouse with tennis, squash, and a bring -and-borrow library system on the Isla just a minute walk from the apartment, two infinity pools, and the nearby 'Jardines' apartments with on-site gym and clubhouses. Last but not least who could forget the stunning 5* Polaris World Golf Course, designed by the one and only Jack Nicklaus, available for use by all guests?

Guest services will be provided by the Company – Sparkleclean at the price of €65 per stay, payable on arrival. One of the members of staff will meet you at the security gate and will ensure that the beds are made, the linens and towels are washed and ironed, the floor, windows, kitchen and bathroom will also be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. A welcome pack of food/drinks can be arranged; however the nearest supermarket, cafes and restaurants are a 5 min walk away from the apartment.

Response from the owner Dear Victor, I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience during your visit. Hopefully you and your family had some good times during your holiday. I'm sure there were some good moments as the apartment has a pool on it's doorstep, a tv, a garden sofa, lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning units in each bedroom, fresh linen and towels and of course, was throughly cleaned. You kindly confirmed the above listing of quality on our first telephone conversation. I would also like to remind you that you were immediately provided with services from a carpenter and technician on the 2nd day of your stay. Moving to another accommodation was offered to you as an alternative on your arrival but you didn't accept any of the offers. I would like to confirm that all of the issues were minor and they are all sorted now. Best wishes, Lidia

“Not as good as reviews suggested”

This apartment is nice but not as nice as the reviews posted. Directions to the place were somewhat vague but fortunately had the phone number of the Factor. This place is in the middle of nowhere and a car is essential. The apartment was well placed within the complex next to the swimming pool but was very basic. I was told that there was English TV, wrong this had a few English speaking channels but not what I thought. I was looking for the news channels, hey we are in Spain, what do you expect. WiFi was good though TBH better than I have at home. I thought the apartment could be cleaner as there was still stuff left from the previous guests. We were told that there was towels provided. Well 2 bath towels for 4 people was not what I expected. I also had to buy a corkscrew which being wine as a very popular drink in Spain was not catered for in the flat. The sun loungers have seen better days. These could be done with renewal. It just seems this apartment has lost its love from whoever owns it. The cleaning mops etc in the apartment were dirty and I didn't want to buy this as we were only there for a few days. The complex is nice and Security is tight but just feel the place is to far out for everything placed in the Murcia area. However if you just want to relax then this would be ideal. Its what you make of it. I would not stay here again, however we did meet some very nice people and on the last night had a great laugh.

From arriving at the security gates ,being shown the appartment and great facilities we could not of been happier.It was comfortable and having aircon ,powerful shower and a bath were a great bonus.
