THE PRICE INDICATED ON TRIPADVISOR IS FOR A NIGHT, FOR ALL THE CASALE, IT IS ALWAYS TO TREAT THE PRICE. These, however, the indicative prices of the four apartments without considering the seasonality: Stella, the smallest, € 140 per night. Luna, € 160 per night. Alba, € 160 per night. Sun, the largest, € 180 per night. The price is negotiable in case of booking for a week or the entire house, in relation to the high or low season. Montemoro is a typical Umbrian stone farmhouse, placed in a dominant position on the surrounding area. It is immersed in a park of exclusive use of over one hectare, well cared for and adorned by a charming olive grove, fruit trees and ancient oaks. The restoration has brought new splendor to the ancient agricultural dwelling, already recorded in Roman times, and then monastery. The farmhouse has four independent apartments and the common areas include the park, the swimming pool, and the numerous areas to stop, recreate and have lunch outside, with a wood oven and barbecue. The largest apartment, Sole, has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The Luna apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds. Alba has 2 bedrooms. Stella, the smallest, has a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Possibility of an additional sofa bed and cots / cribs for children. Located near Orvieto, it is surrounded by nature; the strategic position of the farmhouse, a stone's throw from the main historical, cultural and enogastronomic itineraries of central Italy, makes it the ideal place to dive into the discovery of Umbria, the low Tuscany and the upper Lazio region. With the car you can easily reach the most beautiful cities of the area: Orvieto, Perugia, Siena, but also Rome and Florence, as well as dozens of the most beautiful villages in Italy. A true oasis of peace, where reconciliation with nature and with oneself, which leaves guests the choice between relaxation and the countless possibilities of cultural and naturalistic itineraries, sports and hiking activities, and which allows one to get lost in the splendid views, as well as in the rich food and wine scene of this wonderful part of Italy.
