The Apartment in Las Gondolas is located in Almuñécar, on the Costa Tropical of Granada and offers all the necessary facilities to enjoy a holiday, bridge or weekend getaway, to enjoy the relaxation of the sea, the gastronomy of the area and the water and mountain activities that the area offers.

Almuñécar is a coastal town strategically located, given that Granada is less than 50km away; one of the most charming cities in the world. At about 70km Sierra Nevada, one of the best ski resorts in the country for its weather and about 80km, Malaga, also an Andalusian city that offers everything.

The accommodation is located within the urbanization "Las Góndolas"; urbanization consisting of two buildings, which despite being built in the late 70's, is kept in perfect condition and cared for by its community and its numerous staff.

The urbanization offers all kinds of amenities and services: Adult pool, children's pool, large gardens, where you can enjoy a good book or just sunbathing, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, basketball court and two well-known restaurants where you can enjoy the wonderful gastronomy of Granada at affordable prices.

Each building has a 24 hour concierge service; what is to be appreciated for the security and tranquility that this service offers; as well as free Wi-Fi for all its guests and each floor of the building has a rubbish room, so it is not necessary to go outside to throw it away.

Each of the buildings has 3 elevators and are fully adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Do not forget either, its private parking area, which makes the stay in the urbanization more comfortable; in spite of being necessary vehicle for the strategic location just 5 minutes walking to the city center and less than 1 minute from the beach.

The apartment is located on the sixth floor; It has views of the pools and the sea and is fully equipped.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen completely renovated and equipped with all kinds of appliances and appliances, a semireformed bathroom (since the original bathtub was modified by a shower), a laundry room with its own washing machine, and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, also double and a 32-inch flat TV.

The icing on the cake is on its unbeatable terrace with sea views from the beachfront.
