This holiday apartment is set in a recently completed private complex, with a pleasant garden and 2 swimming pools; one for adults and one for children. This bright, daylight filled, ground floor apartment is located near the beach and the centre of the village of Alvor, one of the most beautiful and quiet areas in the Algarve.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Balance of 70% required to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. Check in after 2:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day. Extra housekeeping can be arranged.

Accommodation comprises one bedroom, living room with dining and sitting areas and a settee that makes into two beds, full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The living room area has air conditioning that also functions for heating and as dehumidifier. This privileged location offers easy access by foot to the beach and town for restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and the Private Hospital of Alvor.
The apartment is cleaned for incoming guests and once a week thereafter, with change of bed linen and towels.

“Vila da Praia”
Nice apartment,clean and everything you need.short walk to both the beach/harbour one way, and a short walk to town centre the other way, close to bars and restaurants, and the supermarket is only 5 minutes away.would recommend for anyone.

“Spacious well equipped apartment, handy for beautiful beach and town centre.”
We have been to Alvor many times and stayed in a larger apartment in this complex. It is a great location, handy for beach, restaurants and everything you need. This one bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor with a small terrace overlooking a grass area and is secluded from the road by a large hedge. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. Marta, the housekeeper was very helpful and attentive. My only criticism was a little bit damp in the wardrobe which caused a musty smell.

“Nice clean accommodation ... very few ammeneties and stocks”
This was a nice clean accommodation. Beach and amenities both close by. Did not have a high-chair asked for one and was provided one that was very dirty. The description said that it had a dryer... but it only has drying rack. Asked to changed towels once, which they did, but stored the wet dirty towels in a cupboard which started smelling. No stocks ... Had to buy everything ... hand soap/dish soap etc. Could improve a lot by stocking some basic amenities. No view of the ocean from the house.

“Excellent Location”
Apartment located within easy walking distance of attractions in Alvor in a well kept gated complex. Beautiful sunny pool area but too cold for use in March but still ok for sun bathing. Our apartment was ground floor with south facing terrace which was in the sun all day. The apartment was large & well equipped with a very comfortable bed but the pillows could have been better. Marta met us on arrival & it was really reassuring that she was easily contactable if there were any problems or queries. Did not give 5 stars as apartment could be quite cold & would not be suitable for long term in the winter months. There was also a bit of damp in one side of the wardrobe which I think came from the bath on the other side of the wall. Saying that I would not hesitate to rebook here or recommend this apartment to anyone for the warmer months but think we would be really lucky to get a vacancy at this time. Great holiday, great apartment.
