Description

This is a beautiful ground floor luxury apartment on a new complex just outside Alvor centre. All the rooms are spacious. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard with Airconditioning in the bedrooms and WiFi, an 80 square metre terrace, that captures the sun all afternoon and evening with its south west facing aspect. With a lovely pool shared with the Condominium, and a children’s play area this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets can be found just a short walk away in Alvor and also in nearby Portimao. The beaches (the nearest one 1.6km away) are fantastic with bars and restaurants on each one and with sun shades and loungers available for hire.

Local Taxis are excellent, safe and cheap Call the local number and speak Portuguese or English and they will dispatch a driver immediately There are also local bus’s taking you to Portimão and Lagos Walking around is easy and cycling is possible for the more adventurous!

“Great Apartment.Good Value”

We have used Joanne and Davids apartments for the past few years.Spacious.all mod cons.clean.nice pools.good location for the beaches.golf course.restaurants nearby.

“lovely stay in alvor”

The apartment was fantastic- very spacious and secure with a huge terrace which was great for the kids , the pool was very well maintained. Beaches really fabulous. A great choice in accommodation on the Algarvre! p.s your cd collection was very good . Martin Fitzgerald Co.Kerry. Ireland

“Really nice apartment in quiet complex”

An apartment with everything you need! With a young baby this apartment had lots of space and was nice and cool and dark for the evenings to help sleep! The pool, which despite feeling a bit chilly (I think!), was lovely as it had some great shady grass to sit on round the edge and was ideal for us. Plenty of parking that we didn't need the garage space. Amazing sun terrace - it's huge and a real sun trap in the afternoon. There are good restaurants within walking distance too. The apartment is a fair way from the nightlife, but that suited us so if you want a quiet, chilled holiday then I would certainly recommend this apartment.
