Stunning villa totally renewed with a very clean and cool design.
This one bedroom villa features an american kitchen and a living room that wide opens to a terrace. The rooftop allows you to sunbath and refresh using the double outdoor shower. This villa was totally rebuilt and fully decorated featuring all the amenities needed to a comfortable and pleasant stay: air conditioning, wifi, etc.

“Prainha village villa C14”
Amazing villa close to all amenities. Villa had everything we needed. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, full cooking facilities, hairdryer. Great communication from owner/host and housekeeper. Already booked for next year. Thanks for hosting us Duarte.

“Super villa in perfect location”
Location of villa is perfect with access to superb Atlantic swimming pool only a stones throw away. Access to beaches too is only a very short walk (2 minutes) and lift access (if required). Beautiful new board walk all the way into town for evening entertainment takes approximately 15 minutes. We had a car but because the location was so perfect we hardly used it. The décor of the villa was modern and tidy and it contained top quality items (large fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine in separate room outside on veranda, coffee machine, Internet WIFI, hair dryer etc.). Beautiful modern bathroom with very nice shower area . Location on roof was beautiful with fabulous views (even had power socket, two showers and nice sun loungers. Overall villa was very clean and had that new feeling to it.
