House 1 - Lagar: 4 rooms; 3 bathrooms; kitchen; dinning room; living room; fireplace; central heat, terrace, front garden, private acess, barbecue (coal).
Common resources: Swimming Pool 12x4 m, Private Car Parking, Market Garden and Aromatic Corner (always something fresh to pick), Outdoor Games, Bykes, Babyfoot Table, Barbecue (gas).

The kitchen of the house is fuly equiped. The rooms will be ready to be used with bed & bath clothes.
Property: Two independent Houses - Rebuilt in 2010 - Facing the Tamega Valley. Near Amarante - 5 Km ; 5 min. 60 Km from Porto - North of Portugal. Mid way in the Douro Valley. House 1 - "Lagar" and House 2 - "Eira".
