Description
La Petite Lucette est à 100 mètres du Clos-Lucé, la maison de Léonardo Da Vinci en France.
Elle est dans une impasse un peu en retrait de la rue qui relie le Château à ce manoir.
... Des jardins, un parking gratuit tout proche, le chant des oiseaux seulement dans ce petit coin de paradis.
La maison est petite : 44 m2 pour une cuisine, un séjour, chambre et une salle d'eau. Une petite cour fermée permet de vivre dehors tout l'été et de prendre les repas à l'ombre du parasol.
Une autre maison non habitable est accessible de l'autre côté de la cour et ouvre sur une cave troglodytique très ancienne et merveilleusement fraîche, hiver comme été.
