Contemporary villa 80 km north of Lisbon on the Praia d'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort area, offering breathtaking views of the Ocean, 5 minutes walk from the beach, with direct view of the Golf. Heated outdoor swimming pool (10x5), patio with garden furniture, deckchairs, dining area and barbecue. Solarium terrace (bath towels available) The villa offers 4 bedrooms with dressing room and private bathroom or shower (bed linen and towels provided). Large living room with fireplace lounge and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped (appliances and crockery). Possible cleaning services. This brand new villa has fantastic views to golf course, Atlantic ocean. It has 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on 1st floor, both with double beds and views to golf course and sea. The master bedroom has a private terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and views. The other two bedrooms also with double beds are on ground floor and have access to exterior patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer / dryer, espresso machine, toaster and kettle and has doors giving access to exterior patio with barbeque area and table / chairs for a meal outside. On the dining area you have a table and chairs for 8 people and the living room has a sofa that seats comfortably 8 people, flat screen, DVD player and fire place. The French doors all around the living and dining room, allow the sun light coming in. Outside there is a lounge area with table and sofas and around the pool you will find sunloungers to enjoy the sun and the views. The pool is heated (optional).

“Amazing view and great Villa”

“Pria del Rey”
The house was perfect for a family. We've rented homes for the past ten years with our four kids and this house was by far the best kept, spotless clean lovely laundry towels, service was really excellent. Great proximity to the beach but all other amenities were a drive away. I felt pria del Rey was a bit stark like a huge half empty American holiday estate. I would recommend the house but I'm not sure I'd go back to the development unless you like driving a lot.
