Lovely sunny 3 bedroom duplex with sea/old town view from balcony. Bedrooms located below living area, where you can exit to the balcony. Beach 5 to 10 minutes walk ..French Provencal Market and many Restaurants just beside the apartment. Lnen & towels/beach towels provided. Apartment cleaned on departure

“Couldn't have asked for better!”
We have just returned from having spent 2 weeks is in this wonderful Antibes apartment. The Apartment is superbly located in the Old Town - everything, including several beaches , restaurants, supermarkets, wine shops etc are within a very short walking distance. It is literally a few minutes walk from the famous Provencal Market. The apartment itself, unlike many holiday rentals which can be basic , is like a home away from home. It was meticulous for our arrival - thanks Kim! It has a fully equipped kitchen with anything one may require to cook a meal available. The apartment is furnished to a high standard. The outside area is private and comfortably seats 6 for a meal. The AC is a fantastic bonus as are all the TV channels should the afternoon heat get too much and a reprieve is required. A very detailed book of restaurant and things to do has been compiled - a great also. Extras like beach chairs, umbrellas and toys and plenty of beach towels were all much appreciated. Miriam and Kim are really lovely and helpful to deal with. We couldn't fault this apartment and look forward to a return visit.

“Little piece of Heaven”
This apartment is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Set within a stones throw from fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars and lovely beaches it is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and has everything you could need for your stay. I would say the photos do not do it justice. The beds are super comfortable and all linen and appliances are excellent quality. The nespresso machine was a bigplus! This apartment would suit a family, couple or group of friends. We had a wonderful stay and I can honestly say I would not change a thing. Would love to return again.

“Wonderful apartment and host”
Miriam's apartment is a home from home - so many useful amenities, lovely decor, and very comfortable. Lots of space too. The location is great - everything is on your doorstep, but there aren't masses of tourists the second you open the front door. The terrace is a sun trap through to mid afternoon - wonderful for breakfast and lunch. Miriam was extremely helpful in the booking process and we were looked after brilliantly by Kim pre-arrival and on arrival. This was a relaxing holiday and that was very much down to the attention and thoughtfulness of Miriam and Kim. Definitely recommended, and likely to return!

“Wonderful apartment oozing character, charm, comfort and convenience”
Absolutely loved the location of the apartment in the old section of Antibes, only 5 minutes walk to the daily market. Walking through the ancient alleyways made me feel like a time traveller. The bedrooms are cool and very comfortable and the living area is spacious and equally comfortable. Sitting on the terrace was so relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I was pleasantly surprised by the assortment of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Of course, if you don't feel like cooking there's a huge variety of restaurants only a stone's throw away. We had a memorable time enjoying the charms of Antibes, the Mediterranean hues, the short walks to a number of beaches and this wonderful apartment.

“Stunning spacious apartment in old town”
I am a regular visitor to the beautiful town of Antibes and this is my second time to stay in this apartment. It is spacious, clean, well furnished and has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable visit. The beds are comfortable, rooms a good size. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining and living areas are spacious. Being able to walk out onto the balcony and see the sea is a bonus. Location is perfect, in the middle of the old town with Marche Provencal, restaurants, bakeries, bars close by yet off the beaten track and quiet. It is the best place that I have stayed in Antibes and I look forward to coming back in the future.
