Description

A new air-conditioned house and a private heated pool with a view to the blue water of the Mediterranean. The place is located on a quiet and secured domain, midway between Nice and Cannes (5 miles from Antibes and 3 miles from the beach). Only 10 minutes drive to the motorway A-8 guarantees a perfect holiday in the south of France. There is one huge living room of 80 square yards with a high ceiling of 6 yards with large wood beams. There are 3 double bedrooms all facing sea and sun.The sun invites itself into the three double bedrooms every morning, so all the guests are waking up early for a swim in their private pool. There are two balconies and a garden of 1500 square yards to relax and dine.

The house offers seclusion and total privacy,it is very spacious and comfortable, has a lovely pool and absolutely stunning views!! Avri, the owner, makes you feel very welcome, has a great sense of humour and is always available if you require any help or advice. The Location is excellent; the Medieval town of Biot is on the doorstep, the harbour and beach of Antibes are just down the road and Cannes and Monaco are only a short drive away.We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here and could have stayed longer to explore the area further. We will definitely return there in the future.

Not only is it excellent value for money considering its position ....... it's perfectly positioned for travel to Nice, Cannes and Antibes .... and slightly further afield, to Monte Carlo. The owner, Avri, is always on hand to sort out any problems, and to give advice on sightseeing, restaurants etc. The villa is excellent and a super pool.... hoping to go back next year.
