MARISOL is a licensed and certified holiday residence (registernumbers 843/13 and 844/13 ) in Arco Da Calheta , a picturesque village situated on the south coast of Madeira Island, Portugal. It meets all the quality criteria imposed by the local authorities, recognizable by the logo ' AL ' (Alojamento Local )

As the name MARISOL implies, the holiday residence is located on the sunny south-west coast of Madeira with sweeping views over the Atlantic Ocean. Its location offers amazing sunsets from the large terraces.

MARISOL Holiday residence is a detached two-storey building. Each floor has one apartment (Marisol Baixo and Marisol Cima) Although the apartments lie on top of each other, the separated entrances and the asymmetrical positioning make sure that the privacy is guaranteed.

Getting around

A rental car is advisable. As we work together already for 5 years with a regular partner in rental cars. As such we can organize for our guests a rental car at a competitive price and with delivery at the airport.

Interaction with guest

While living on Madeira permanently, we are available for our guests at all times. We prefer a personal approach. That is why we are present at the guest's arrival to hand over the key, to guide them through their holiday residence and to provide them with lots of information. Also during the guest's stay, we remain available when extra help is needed or wanted.
