Description
The apartment is located in the Quinta dos Arcos part of Armacao de Pera, it is in a new build apartment block that is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It comfortably sleeps 4/6, there are 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds and air conditioning. There is a large, luxurious living room with patio doors onto the balcony (with BBQ).
A shared swimming pool is located on the roof of the apartment and the sea, bars and local restaurants and miles of golden sandy beach are just a short walk away.
For those that play golf, they will be spoilt for choice with over 20 courses available locally. Underground secure car park is provided. Only a few minutes drive to local attractions such as Zoo Marine, Algrave Shopping and several water parks.

“Vacances à Armacao de Pera Algarve”
J ai passé un bon séjour , très bel appartement proche du centre ville. Avec une jolie piscine , pas besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage.

“Perfect”
Just back from a 12 night stay with family at this apartment it has everything you could need and more an amazing apartment in a great location close to everything bars restaurants and supermarkets and only 5 mins walk to beach although we used the rooftop pool which was great the communication with Jon throughout was excellent and codes a self check in went very smoothly didn't have a meet and greet only because we arrived at night have no hesitation in recommending this aortment
