Description

This modern 4 bedroomed detached villa with private pool is situated in a peaceful location just 5 mins walk to the beach and town of Armação de Pera. Finished to a high standard this family villa has all the amenities needed for that special holiday.

On the ground floor there is an open entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and stairs down to the garage. On the lower ground floor the villa has the added benefit of a large garage with up and over doors, providing ample space to park 3 cars.

The living room is a large lounge/diner doors and windows opening out on various aspects. There are comfy leather sofas, TV with a range of Portuguese and European cable channels, coffee table, shelving, air conditioning and log burning fireplace. The large dining table with ambient lighting over seats up to 8 people, plus there is an additional sofa and sideboard.

The kitchen is very well equipped, having a range of modern base and eye level units, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built-in eye-level oven and microwave, 4-ring electric hob with extractor over, one and a half bowl sink unit and drainer, breakfast table (seating 2 people) and patio doors leading to the large terrace.

There is also a separate Utility room with washing machine and storage shelving.

One of the four bedrooms is situated on the ground floor. This is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and overlooks the pool. The en-suite has fully tiled walls, modern enclosed shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite, and Family bathroom.

The Master bedroom is a double room with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning unit, and patio doors leading to a private South facing balcony. The en-suite has fully tiled walls, with modern enclosed shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

There is also another Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, aircon unit, and patio doors leading to balcony with countryside view.

The fourth bedroom is a twin bedroom with Fitted wardrobe, and air conditioning.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional charge of 210€ per week for use of the air conditioning, paid in advance.

The family bathroom has double basin with mirrors above and wall lighting, polished stone work surface, custom-built cupboards under, a bath with shower over, and WC and bidet.

The outdoor space is fully fenced, and perfect for soaking up the Algarve sunshine. There is a covered area with outside table which comfortably seats 8 people, and brick-built barbecue. The private swimming pool (8m x 4m) is is gated, and surrounded by a large terrace with ample space for sun loungers and parasols, and there is a poolside shower.

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

PLEASE NOTE - All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity,payable monthly, charged at 0.20 cents for each unit of electricity used.

During high season we can only accept bookings of 7 or 14 days, from Saturday to Saturday.

Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit. As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival, We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Baby equipment such as Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire. We provide a maid service twice a week in summer. Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.

“Lovely villa in a lovely location”

We were a family of 8 staying in this villa. 3 in their 70's, 3 teens and 2 in their 40's. Such a lovely Large villa. So very spacious, lots of bathrooms, no one was ever on top of each other. Very clean, towels, bedding, villa and pool cleaned in the week. So many extras, made the villa a 'home from home' Pool area lovely, patio a real sun trap. Lovely eating outside. Excellent location, nice and quiet. 5 min walk to the beach and into the town. Lovely beach and restaurants. Cannot fault this villa in any way. We would recommend and visit again.

“Perfect family villa”

The location of this villa was perfect for us, a short walk to the quiet beach and about 15 minutes to the main part of the town. The villa is spacious and provides everything you could possibly need, the beds are comfortable and the size of the house allows everyone to have more than enough space. With air conditioning in every room, and all of the double rooms with its own balcony and access to its own bathroom, we were all able to enjoy our privacy when we wanted it. We had small children with us, so wanted pool safety and house security. We got both here, with a fenced off pool, steps into the water and locked entry gates controlled with security codes. It worked very well. The private terrace area is great, just off the kitchen and next to the pool, we enjoyed a family breakfast before heading of to do many of the acitivies and trips available locally. Loved the place and all plan to go back to stay again.
