Description
The"Stazzu Lu Malchesi"is in a truly beautiful spot on higher ground in an open countryside. The house is surrounded by land with trees, meadows, bushes and covered in a perfume of the wild flowers and herbs.
On our farm we have many animals like cows, pigs, donkeys, geese, goats and they are in closed , fenced areas.
We have however also 3 dogs , which watch our property and are free to go where they wish.
The dogs are good natured towards people , but still, children sometimes are over friendly with dogs might not be understood as such and therefore we advise you not to leave your children alone with the dogs when they go into the garden. (NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER AGE 5)
Stazzu Lu Malchesi is a beautiful single storey stone farmhouse which has been beautifully restored and is at 13 km from the coast , the bay of Arzachena in the Costa Smeralda area. The house is furnished with both antique and rustic pieces. The living room with dining corner has a feature fireplace, TV. The small kitchen has an oven, fridge freezer, 4 burners A large bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed and a single bed, a second bedroom has a single bed, shower room with WC, washing machine. A cot is available (pre-bookable). There is a large covered terrace area along one side of the building and plenty of shaded spots throughout the large garden.
Shopping at 8 km at Arzachena, nearest beaches at Cannigione at 13 km.
