This wonderful detached house is situated on the edge of the village of Pilsley near Matlock and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Netherfield Cottage is a superb detached cottage situated on the edge of the village of Pilsley, ten miles from Matlock. This cottage sleeps four people and has a king-size double with en-suite shower and a family bedroom with one double and one single, along with a bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a garden with a gravelled area, decking, hot tub and furniture. Netherfield Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring the Peak District at any time of the year.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with decked area, hot tub and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Please note to access this property you will need to go via the owners garden and the owners dogs often run loose in their garden.
Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
Town: Pilsley is a former colliery town that was once linked by rail to four other collieries. Today the former track forms the 5 Pits Trail which takes you from Grassmoor Country Park to Tibshelf Ponds. The village of Ashover is nearby and has several good pubs, including the Crispin Inn, renowned as one of the oldest pubs in the Peak District. A little further on is Matlock which has a host of fine eateries and shops, as well as Gulliver's Kingdom theme park.

“Beautiful house . Great hosts”
It’s a beautiful house . The weather was good to us . The jacuzzi was excellent . We were able to bbq and enjoy our stay for the week .we will definitely come back .Everything you will need was provided .
