Fully renovated and modern decorated 2 bedrooms apartment of 70 qm, in the historic center of Athens, directly opposite the archaeological and fully green park of Keramikos. It is on the third floor of a 5 floor building.

Fully equipped, including luxurious mattress, bed linen and towels.

Airco, Smart tv , Stereo and 2 Wifis are available.

5 min walk from the beginning of the pedestrian promenade leading after 2 wonderful to walk klm. to Acropolis.

Ideal for city lovers.

Walking distance to museums, art, bars, restaurants.

Musicians are very welcome.

Kids insisting on remaining kids are staying for Free ! (till 12 years old).

Pets unfortunately not.

Smoking should please be avoided, if not possible then just enjoy it at the balcony by Acropolis view.

Getting around

This elegant apartment is 5-10 min walk from two metro lines, Keramikos (straight to the airport) and Thisseio. Bus connection leading straight to the Port of Pireaus and getting you in 20 min to a ship for a day excursion at the picturesque Aegean islands as also to Saronicos islands like Aegina or Hydra. But if you prefer to stay in the city, there are a lot of options for your evening in our area. Lovely restaurants, really just around the corner (please ask me for booking, it s mostly needed). You ll find all in the house book i ve prepared for you.

I have prepared a house book where you ll find all info about the apartment as also about things to do in Athens and surroundings. Please ask me to book what ever you need, taxi, restaurants, activities, concerts etc. I ll be available to simply hand you the keys. I am happy to suggest things to do, places to visit, to eat, to have a drink and share a few of the city's secrets.
