Fully renovated, floor-to-ceiling (April 2013), this flat has 3 large & comfortable bedrooms, reception hall, living room, large separate kitchen & balcony facing the street.

The apartment is equipped with all necessary for long term rentals, including central heating, A/C in every room, "home theater" combined with a 40” 200Hz LED TV, high speed WiFi Internet & ADSL Internet connection and brand new electric devices.

Response from the manager Dear lady, all these details about bedrooms, bedding arrangements and bathrooms are mentioned in my advert and you could check them out before booking, so what's the point of commenting them in a negative way after your stay. This apartment was your choice among other bigger and more expensive apartments of mine. Unfortunately the problem with the immigrants stands for the whole center of Athens. They come from the islands waves of 30-40000 per day mostly from Syria and Afghanistan trying to avoid the ISIS and the Talibans. Thanks for recognising that the apartment was at least clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped.

Response from the manager Dear Nigel, It's a central apartment with all benefits of living in the center (metro, taxis and public transortation in a few meters - close to all sights, Museums and Acrpolois) and only one downside: noise from the traffic. But even this will belong to the past in October when I intend to replace the balcony doors and windows with new noise-proof ones.
