Important: Du 15 juin au 14 septembre location du samedi au samedi. Location possible de 7 nuits ou 14 nuits ou 21 nuits et toujours du samedi au samedi.

Ah le Périgord, ses grottes et châteaux, ses villages enchanteurs!
Auriac du Périgord est l'un d'entre eux, non loin des lieux touristiques mais assez pour qu'il y règne calme et tranquillité. Il est empli de charisme avec ses pierres, sa borie, sa chapelle, son église, son authenticité.
Dans ses hauteurs et en pleine campagne se niche les deux Gîte des Grands Chemins lieu empreint de calme et de sérénité.
Vous y trouverez un aménagement neuf, complet (draps fournis), fonctionnel et convivial, une bonne orientation (sud), et des pièces lumineuses. Vous partagerez la piscine à l'eau salée avec un deuxième gîte (identique). Elle est grande (12m*6m), peu profonde (90cm à 150cm), la plage est spacieuse (126m2) et l'exposition excellente. La piscine est ouverte du 1 juin au 30 septembre.
Proximité des châteaux de la vallée vézère, Lascaux, Sarlat, Périgueux, Rocamadour..
Sur place: piscine parasols et bains de soleil, terrain de pétanque avec boules, terrain de badminton avec raquettes et volant, table de ping-pong avec raquettes et balles, balançoire, campagne et chemins pour les ballades.
A proximité: villages médiévaux, châteaux, maisons troglodytes, grotte de Lascaux.
Trop, beaucoup trop pour une semaine: vous reviendrez au gîtes des Grands Chemins l'année prochaine!

Response from the owner Bonjour, je suis étonné de votre avis mitigé puisque, comme je vous l’avais indiqué lors de votre arrivée, il ne faut pas hésiter à me contacter en cas de besoin. Vous avez passé 2 semaines ici et à aucun moment vous ne m’avez fait part d’un quelconque désagrément. * Au sujet de l’évacuation de l’eau de la douche : Les vacanciers qui ont loué après vous me l’ont indiquée le lendemain de leur arrivée, ce qui m’a permis de le déboucher en 5 minutes. Il s’agissait simplement de retirer les cheveux qui bouchaient le siphon d’évacuation. * Au sujet des tasses : Le gîte dispose de 6 bols + 6 tasses à café + 6 ramequins. Je pensais que c’était suffisant mais je vais vous écouter et je vais acheter 6 mugs pour le thé. * Au sujet du canapé : Personne ne m’avait fait de remarque jusqu’à présent. J’ai demandé aux locataires en place actuellement ce qu’ils en pensaient (ils sont 5 personnes et utilisent le canapé en fonction lit et en fonction banquette). Ils m’ont répondu qu’il n’y avait aucun problème. Ceci étant, comme ce canapé a déjà 6 ans , j’ai décidé de le changer. Je viens d’en commander un à l’instant : il sera livré dans une semaine. * Au sujet du linge de lit dépareillé et de l’état fatigué du gîte, je vous laisse seul juge, mais sachez que je ne partage absolument pas votre opinion et que vous êtes les premiers en 15 ans de location à oser me dire cela. * D’une manière générale, je trouve beaucoup plus efficace et constructif de me contacter en cas de problème puisque je vis à 10 minutes de la location. Je m’efforce toujours de me rendre disponible et de répondre, dans la mesure du possible, aux attentes de mes locataires puisque mon souhait est qu’ils passent des vacances inoubliables.
