“We'll definitely be back Jacaranda Villa!” The Jacaranda Villa is really wonderful. We came here with with a big group of family and friends and it was just perfect for us. The main thing that attracted me to it as I trawled for hours over the internet for a suitable holiday house (groan) was the fresh clean and modern feel to the place, coupled with the different living spaces that could accommodate our various groups. The teenagers could hang out together, whilst the younger ones had their playspace elsewhere and, of course, the adults had space to relax and play too. The kitchen was great for our foodie group, and we could sit around and chat with that night's nominated cooks as they slaved for us! The lovely balcony looked out over the pool area and lush gardens. The pool, playground and games room kept the kids entertained. Oh and there was an absolutely beautiful wild lagoon, the kids loved exploring it on the canoes provided, actually I spent an afternoon on one while the kids were busy elsewhere, with my book, just drifting and reading, the tranquility of that was just what the doctor ordered! We walked down to the nearby beach most days to build sandcastles and splash around. It was lovely there, not too crowded like a lot of tourist spots. The villa is in a quiet location, it's huge and beautifully decorated. The photos don't even show all the rooms/areas in the villa. The owner was great (sorry his name has slipped my mind), he was really friendly and informative. We didn't have any problems but if we did then we wouldn't have had any hesitation in calling or emailing him. I would definitely recommend it, usually I've got something negative to say about a place but really I can't think of one. Well, that must say a lot. See you next year Jacaranda Villa! oh, and you've got to visit the daggy old Big Banana for a banana split and a play - yum! That brought back childhood memories, it's changed so much since I was a kid.

“Excellent” Have just had a fantastic 14 night stay in apt 2205. A very nicely presented apartment well located in tower 2 with direct access to ground floor shopping. Owner and Pty Manager were very responsive to queries. Would not hesitate to stay again.

“Superb Property and Wonderful Hosts” We stayed at the Surf Road property and it was superb. The location is unbeatable, as it’s a short walk to a wonderful, but not crowded, beach, with trails along the headlands and the beach, so that you can walk or run for miles. The house is stocked with everything that you could ever need and it’s very comfortable and feels like home. The neighborhood is also wonderful, with lots of parks, restaurants, shops, and public transportation readily available. Very quiet and peaceful. We visited in winter (June/July) and the weather was fabulous. You will not run out of things to do in the area, and Sydney is easily accessible. The Zoo tickets were a great benefit as well. Sarah, who lives next door and manages the property, is extremely helpful and accessible if you need anything at all. Our visit went too fast and we would definitely stay at this property again in the future if we return to Australia.
