Description
A bright modern flat with stunning open views overlooking the River Ayr. Only 5 minutes from Ayr town centre and the beach and an easy walk to Ayr College, along the river bank.
With a double bedroom and a twin room, the lounge is south facing for a relaxing cup of tea.
A fully equipped kitchen, with wi-fi and off road parking. Double glazing was installed in 2015 to keep this holiday flat warm and cosy through the winter.
This is co-located with 2 other properties in the same flats, to accomodate larger groups. Please just ask for information.
This vacation rental is ideally located to explore Ayrshire coast, or to take long walks along the lovely sandy Ayr bay, up the river or have a nice coffee in town. We've lived in the area for over 20 years, so we can recommend the best places for whatever you are looking for - coffee, lunch, brunch, dinners, quiet beaches, good playparks for kids, rainy weather activities.
Small dogs are 60gbp per stay, medium/large dogs 80gbp, payable on arrival.
Heating will be charged extra for stays longer than 2 weeks. Meter readings will be taken at the start and the end of your stay.

“Lovely stay”
Flat is close to everything no need to drive unless your going further along the coast. It was lovely and clean and nothing was to much bother for the host. We will hopefully be back soon

“Big and bright”
Lovely roomy flat with bright livingroom with views of the river. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and good value for money. Great location 15 mins walk to Newton on Ayr train station, 5 mins from the beach and shops. Big Aldi just across the car park for groceries, and a parking space. Loved our stay here.
