Description

This apartment enjoys a quiet location with a secured entry system luminated throughout the night. First floor apartment has a welcoming entrance hall complete with solid wood flooring throughout. The spacious lounge has a large LCD TV, DVD player and WI-FI and opens out to a decked balcony with accompaning sea views. The new modern fitted kitchen/diner hosts a range of high gloss wall and floor standing units inclusive of ceramic hob, telescopic extractor, oven and integrated washing machine. All crockery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans are supplied. There are two double bedrooms (bedroom 2 is a twin) c/w fitted mirrored wardropes (master with en suite). The main bathroom has a w/c wash hand basin c/w bath and shower and stainless steel heated towel rail. The apartment also has its own private car parking space.

“Good value apartment”

The apartment was ideal for a short break in Ayr. The position is in a nice quiet area yet within walking distance of the city centre and plenty of good restaurants. The set up was ideal for us having 2 bathrooms, it was clean and well appointed, so we felt this was good value and would recommend it.
