Villa Vitari and we call it as Villa V is an open style villa surrounded by large manicured lawn, garden and walking distance to the beach. Feature three bedrooms, swimming pool, open space living area, dining area & fully equipped kitchen.
Situated at Jalan Sari Dewi, Gang Drona. This gang runs from Jalan Kayu Aya (Oberoi) (next to Oberoi Hotel right through to Jalan Dyana Pura and all the great beach lounges and bars. It’s a 5 minute walk in either direction to restaurants, boutiques and the beach.
The beach through Jalan Sarinande, 350 meters.
The Straw Hut restaurant & shop within a minute (100 meter).
Ku De Ta Beach Lounge, 700 meters.
Gado Gado Restaurant, 900 meters.
Bedrooms : 2 large master bedrooms with king size double bed and (1) one with 2 twin singles bed that also zip together to form a large King size double bed. All bedrooms features luxury King Koil beds, AC, TV, DVD, fans, wardrobes, safety box and quality linen.
Bathroom : 3 semi open style en-suite bathroom features showers, internal vanity’s, mirrors, toilet, towels, soaps, shampoos and hair dryers.
Kitchen : Open window that faces its own garden, feature stone wall and stone carvings. The Kitchen is equipped with all the modern facilities including large oven with 5 burner hotplate, large refrigerator, pantry, microwave, toaster, kettles, juice mixer, rice cooker and quality utensils.
LIving Area : Located in a bale style extension which overlooks the swimming pool & there is Gazebo separate from the house.
Dining Area : Two dining tables with total 10 chairs.
Swimming Pool : Private Swimming Pool 10x 3 meters.
Entertainments : 3 TV with international Channels, DVD, Ipod dock, and internet Wi-Fi.
LIving Area : Located in a bale style extension which overlooks the swimming pool & there is Gazebo separate from the house.
