Our 2+1 bedroom apartment, which is situated in central Bangkok on Sukhumvit Rd, could be just the place you are looking for if you require stylish and comfortable accommodation on your next visit to the city on business or pleasure.
Please note we do not take reservations from all male groups.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is very large and also has a separate dressing area. We have placed a full sized single bed in this dressing area which means the apartment can sleep 5 persons comfortably.The apartment is right in the centre of Bangkok on Sukhumvit Rd. Sukhumvit Rd is the main shopping thoroughfare in Bangkok and you will be just 200 yards from the Sky Train and Underground stations at Asoke/Sukhumvit. You can walk up to one of Bangkok's best loved shopping malls, The Emporium, within a couple of minutes and all the main areas of the city are within easy reach on the Sky Train and Underground mass transit systems. The brand new Terminal 21 Mall is at the Asoke Sky Train Station which is just 200 yards from the apartment building.We are sure that you will be delighted with your find of this exceptional place to stay and that you will look forward to your next visit. “Highly recommended”
As stated in other reviews, the location for the apartment is as good as it gets in Bangkok and Henry is indeed a gracious host. Our flight into Bangkok was delayed and Henry was there to meet us when we finally arrived at midnight. He responded quickly to all texts and emails and happily accommodated our changing travel schedule on both arrival and departure. I would not hesitate to recommend him and stay there again. The photos provided are accurate. There were no issues with water pressure at all, and while you can hear the Skytrain from the apartment, it was not an issue at all as far as being able to sleep. The Skytrain stops running shortly after midnight and Asoke is a late-night area, so it was quiet in the apartment each night when we turned in. The washing machine was a big plus, as we arrived in the middle of a 2-week trip and were traveling light. Detergent for the washing machine was even included! The kitchen is well outfitted, though there is very little need for one in this area. There is a 7-11 just outside the entrance and really great street food right on the soi if you are looking for that. You can also walk to many restaurants and the nearby food court at Terminal 21 is one of the best values in the area if you want street-style food with the cleanliness and comfort of a mall. We were a group of three and were able to entertain 2 additional friends comfortably in the living area. Our friends (who live in the area) were very impressed with the apartment as well. Great TV reception, fast wi-fi, good air conditioning. We really felt at home. Things to be aware of if you are staying there: The drapes are not blackout drapes, so bring a sleep mask if you are going to be getting over jet-lag and cannot sleep with light in the room. The beds are also Thai style, which may be a little firm for western tastes, but that's the norm in this part of the world. The building has 24-hour security and controlled access, which made us feel comfortable, but only 2 access keys were provided, so it took a bit of planning when 3 of us had different places to be.

Response from the owner No previous guest has mentioned low water pressure so this is a surprise to us. If the guest had mentioned this during their stay we could have had the building management look at, it is probably a small problem that we could have fixed immediately. We can't understand the comment about the building being old - it is only 6 years since it was built! We also have just had the building completely repainted inside and out and it is looking particularly smart and stylish. As for the noise from the Sky Train you have to remember that our apartment building is right in the centre of Bangkok. Bangkok is not known as a quiet city as it runs 24 hours a day. Most guests book our apartment because it is right in the centre, next to all amenities and the mass transit systems. Bangkok is not the place to come if you are noise intolerant. Having said that our apartment is at the back of the building and the noise from the Sky Train is hardly noticeable; so we are surprised by the comment.
