A soli 480 metri dalle incantevoli spiagge di la Torre e poco distante dalla spiaggia di Sa Marina è stata realizzata una bellissima struttura immobiliare di nuova costruzione. Nella struttura sono inseriti cinque appartamenti di diverse grandezze e numero di posti letto che consentono di soddisfare le esigenze di tutti i nostri ospiti. La località che accoglie gli appartamenti è la frazione turistica di Bari Sardo denominata "Torre di Barì" in cui è possibile, grazie alla grandezza delle spiagge e della pineta, godersi il mare in tutta tranquillità e contemporaneamente usufruire dei numerosissimi servizi alla balneazione e servizi turistici disponibili.

Elisa: Appartamento pratico, sviluppato su unico livello al piano terra, completamente arredato e rifinito con cura. L'alloggio è dotato di veranda coperta, molto spaziosa con tavolo e sedie per esterno, ed è costituito da zona giorno con cucina e divano letto matrimoniale (maggiormente adatto a ragazzi e bambini), una spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale (con due letti singoli affiancabili in letto matrimoniale) e ampio bagno.

Dotazioni: Cucina completa, stoviglie, forno, frigorifero con congelatore, lavatrice, televisore lcd con decoder digitale, condizionatore, ferro da stiro, spazio comune per grigliate, barbecue, due docce esterne in comune, sdraio da veranda, parcheggio. La biancheria (lenzuola ed asciugamani) non è inclusa nel prezzo, è possibile portarla da casa o noleggiarla al costo di € 15,00 a persona/soggiorno.

Noleggio culla € 30,00. Si accettano solo animali di piccola taglia.

Our territory, Ogliastra, is made up of many small municipalities. Public transportation is present but not as efficient as in cities. There are no trams, subways, trains or other means that allow you to move at all hours of the day and in any position. We therefore recommend, if you want to discover our territory and if you want to be autonomous, to reach the house from ports and airports and to spend the holiday with your own transport. The position enjoyed by Bari Sardo, central and privileged within the Ogliastra area, ordered by nature like an amphitheater, allows those who stay there to move easily in all points of the provincial territory.

House rules

In Bari Sardo making separate waste collection, guests must observe the rules given entrance. The rental of Bed linen and towels will cost € 15,00 per person. And 'possible to request other changes of linen at a cost of € 15,00 per person per change. They can only be allowed small pets only upon request and our assessment and with the addition of € 20.00 to be paid locally on the final cleaning.
