Description
Lovely renovated 2 bedroom cottage with a 300m2 closed-off garden located in a breath-taking area. The neighbourhood is surrounded by the sea when the tide is in; as there is a beautiful estuary a 5 minute walk from the house. There is also a huge sandy-beach 5 minute walk away with views across to Jersey and dunes. It is lovely to be able to hear the sea from the house at night.The garden is quiet, charming, surrounded by trees and truly enjoyable. It is ideal for children to play safely and adults to enjoy a BBQ with local fresh fish and meat. As the house is located in a seaside resort, the atmosphere in the neighbourhood is happy and relaxing; you feel on holiday straight away! We purchased this property in July 2004 to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, a warm sea and sunny weather in Normandy and forget all about work, traffic and bricks. We also enjoy very much our property in the Winter as it is a truly charming place (with a brand new boiler and an efficient heating system).
There is a Wi-Fi box in the house from April to September.

“Perfect”
Clean property Friendly and helpful owner Great position Our week at the property was perfect, we had great weather which enabled us to fully explore the beach. Each day coming back to the house which felt like a home from home. The children loved the enclosed garden and the area was so quiet. We would not hesitate to come back!
