Situated in a quiet lane in the heart of the countryside, with views over the hills and fields and with access to a beautiful garden the Annex at Yew Tree Cottage will welcome you for a peaceful holiday. The property has been renovated at the end of 2013 and boast a fitted kitchen, bathroom with power shower, bedroom and lounge. The furniture and decoration have been carefully selected to make your stay comfortable and as pleasant as possible. The property is within walking distance of the village of Wick with local shops and pub. Conveniently situated between the beautiful city of Bath and Bristol, a short drive to the Cotswold and the Mendip, it will give you an opportunity to explore this beautiful corner of England with its wealth of historic buildings, lovely landscapes and gardens. Whether you want a romantic gateway, a walking or educational holiday or a peaceful retreat , the Annex at Yew Tree Cottage can provide you with all these and more.

Getting around

There is bus to Bristol from our lane and a bus to Bath from the village. This is quit a limited service. Timetables are available in the Annexe. A car is advisable- You have a Park and Ride 4 miles from the Annexe which takes you to Bath and another one 6 miles from the Annexe which takes you to Bristol. They run all day and are very frequent. Save you parking in town.
