In the heart of Bessin in quiet and characteristic small village, 5 km from the RN 13-16 km from Bayeux, 16 km from Caen, 16 km from the landing beaches home of approx. 160 m2, ideal for stay with family or friends.
Detached house adjacent to the House of the owners around a plot of 2000 m 2 and with 8 private car parking.
5 km from the RN 13.

“The Location is excellent, peace and quite, perfect for exploring the D-Day landing beaches”
The area is very peaceful, in a perfect location for exploring the landing beaches of D-Day, the surrounding area is very laid back with plenty of history. The Gite was roomy and light, very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, enjoyed by all, Philippie and Annie were perfect hosts and very pleasant. A***

“Lovely gite perfect for a family holiday”
Location very near all the d day beaches,supermarket 15 minutes drive away You do need a car Owners Philippe and Anne are a lovely couple and if you need them they are there to help Gite Detente et horizons has everything you could ask for and very clean would love to return in the near future Plenty of information for you to read

“Great property, perfect location”
This is a fantastic property in a very rural and peaceful location. We woke up every morning to the birds singing and no traffic noise, which was bliss. Everything you need is there, plenty of crockery, electrical appliances, loads of parking and a large open garden including garden furniture. The property was spotless, with plenty of room and was a perfect base for exploring the Normandy area. The owners have also thoughtfully filled bookshelves with reference books, guides and leaflets to help you decide which sights to see. The owners, Annie and Philippe, are lovely people, leaving you in peace unless you need help. Our dog sustained an injury one evening during our stay and Annie not only recommended a vet but also came around the next morning and offered to speak to the vet on our behalf, which was very thoughtful. There is a Carrefour supermarket five minutes away which has everything you need (and is open until 8pm most days), and Cruelly has a lovely restaurant in the Saint Martin hotel. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
