Features 8 m x 5 m ;private swimming ;pool, please note the villa and pool are the original photos before the villa garden/pool area which now has rail fencing and a wall across the front of the property

Recently constructed ground floor poolside canopy and outside fencing/railing

Our 4 bedroom villa is set on three levels, the top with a very large roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the Taurus mountain range whilst enjoying the sunset.

The ground floor has an open plan living/dining area. Dining seats 6 people but there are 2 bar chairs to enjoy a cocktail at the arched kitchen breakfast bar. You will find everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. There is also understairs storage (containing 2 bicycle's) and a single toilet/washbasin. Marble stairs then take you to the first floor.

The first floor has 3 large bedrooms, containing twin beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a covered balcony perfect for sitting in the shade. The fully tiled bathroom contains bath with overhead shower, toilet, washbasin with below built in vanity storage

On the second floor you will find a very large master bedroom, with double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside tables, en-siute comprising shower toilet and washbasin again with built in vanity storage. my friend who came to stay said she felt like she was in her own apartment

Sleeping : The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and a sofabed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.


General : The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment : The villa has television and dvd

Eating & Living : There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking : Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets : Pets are not welcome

Wheelchairs : Not suitable for wheelchairs

Local Information Belek centre approx 2 mins away and Kadriye is 4 mins by car, both are excellent (and very cheap) for top
quality eating, shopping, dancing or just strolling along and catching the local feel.

8 recent golf courses have been cut into the pine forest (4 professional) which runs all the way along the coastline

The beach's have recently been modernised with restaurant's nearing completion as this area is having millions of pounds invested by the
government in order to make it their flagship tourist area Sleeping The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twin, giving
room for up to 8 people but the sofa drops down flat in a bed or an extra 2 people.

Response from the owner Please read later reviews from 2 customers who stayed at the villa after this guest. We are very disappointed that the pool man did not get the pool to it's normal high standards after some outside painting had been carried out, it should not have had dust in it and he corrected it the next day, repair men were called for the fridge/dishwasher and there was no faults, a toilet lever was not bouncing back up but it was a minor fix, the aircon had all been serviced but the repair men missed one unit which cost �8 to clean. Any faults were corrected within a day of being reported to the careteam. Please read reviews from the 2 customers who stayed at the villa after this guest where they have given 5 stars, Thankyou

“Great Villa”

We booked on line and Susan the owner forwarded us with loads of information about the villa and the area. She helped us book the transfers from the airport with the taxi which was a great help. The villa is in a quiet residential area but the taxi guy was never more than a 15 min wait and reasonably priced. The villa was well presented a clean when we arrived and there was a welcome pack with the essentials waiting for us when we arrived. Everything worked as it should and we had no complaints. Lots of neighbours keep dogs and there is a big black one 100 yards away that chased me on the bike whilst returning from the supermarket beware!!!! We had a great stay and would definitely book the villa with Susan again. Many thanks.
