PENELOPE VILLA 13 is a very spacious Greek styled villa consisting of 4 bedrooms and will easily sleep up to 8 persons within easy walking distance of BELEK Beach. One of the home's features is a large balcony on the top floor. Or you can benefit from the bamboo furniture and BBQ on the ground floor terrace where you can relax after a swim in the the crystal water pool.

The property has two double bedrooms and twin on the first floor and a twin bedroom on the second floor, all served be ensuite bathrooms, plus a ground floor toilet. The kitchen is fully fitted and there are two sofas in the lounge with digital sound system and multi channel TV

The Villa has communual pool surrounded by villas It is within a gated community with car parking outside. Just 200 metres from the villa is a large children's playground with various attractions Coast/Beach
The Belek Beach Park is 700m away. The way lays through the lush pine trees' grooves and parks. the beach has facilities of 5 star hotel: restaurants, sunbeds and tents, water sports, boat trips, bathrooms and changing rooms, sport areas and car parking, shops, go carting.
Golf
The region has over 17 golf courses. All of the facilities that have been designated first-class provide an ideal atmosphere for families and meticulously offer many opportunities and services aimed at pleasing their guests. All the facilities offer floodlit tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, completely equipped health and fitness centers, play areas and many more possibilities. Belek hoteliers are proud that Belek is the new face of Turkish tourism.

The restaurants of Belek are 1km away. The nearest shop is 50m away.
There are several excellent restaurants adjoining the beach but they can be relatively expensive, However, the same quality food but at lower price you will find within the main town.
