(Please note that, for guests that live within the Belfast Metropolitan area, we require ID for all guests to be sent to us in advance to check proof of age and the identities of those staying. We will also offer a meet and greet service in place of self service check in.)

This apartment is situated in downtown Belfast and is fully insured for holiday rentals and is Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved.

It's only 8 minutes walk to City Hall.

There are also a number of Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two single/twin beds.

Pleae note that there are two flights of stairs up to the apartment.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge, giving you maximum sleeping flexibility.

The apartment benefits from not being part of a block. You have direct access to your car;so luggage transfer is easy and no disturbance from neighbours.

We have self service check-in, so you can arrive without having to meet us.

“Girls weekend”

Perfect lo atio. For a girls weekend, lovely apartment everything you need for home comforts, nice little welcome box! Not quite enough plates/bowls/cutlery as there was 5 of us but we made do. Will Recommend to others!
