The Coach House is a luxury 5-star self-catering property in the grounds of a historic Grade II listed Georgian residence with gardens overlooking Belfast Lough. We're only ten minutes drive from the vibrant Belfast City centre & the exciting new Titanic Building. We're within easy reach of all motorways & en route to the beautiful Antrim Coast & the Giants Causeway. Our featured property is The Coach House which was the original 200-year old coach house for the main residence, beautifully refurbished to an extremely high standard. Has its own private south-facing walled patio area. Free unlimited WiFi throughout. We are Tourism NI registered. If you decide to stay here we have various safe and secure payment methods including TripAdvisor and PayPal

We seek a minimum of 7 nights, but in unique circumstances we are prepared to be flexible.

Arrival time is 4 p.m. and we would appreciate departure by 10.00 am.

We expect the property to be returned in the condition in which it was received.

The Coach House is a 5 Star self-catering property in Northern Ireland. We have paid particular attention to the comfort of the beds with top quality Hypnos with the added luxury of a topper and luxury goose down duvets and down pillows. Our bed linen is luxury hotel quality of 400 thread count and our towels are soft and fluffy. We can supply bathrobes at a cost of £5 each per visit. Most of our table lamps come from an upmarket London Kensington store and a few pieces of furniture are antique and the rest of very high quality.

The property is in the grounds of a historic Grade II listed Georgian residence which has gardens overlooking Belfast Lough. The gardens make a wonderful viewpoint to view the beautiful lough where the Titanic sailed past on her maiden voyage. All have pleasing exteriors recently refurbished.

Getting around

The bus stop is 2 minutes walk and caters for Belfast City Centre; the train station is 7-9 minutes walk with two stops into Belfast Central Station catering for the whole of N Ireland and 5 minutes walk from there to Waterfront Hall and Belfast Markets. We are at the start of the M2/M5 Motorway network which links the whole of NI; and also at the commencement of the stunning Causeway Coastal Route to the Giant's Causeway. Approximately 10 minutes drive from Belfast city centre.

Interaction with guest

Our guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 4 p.m. as we give them an access code for the key safe. We will have left a Welcome Pack consisting of cake, fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc. If needs be we will have on the heat and lights so the house is warm and welcoming. The proprietors live in the main residence next door and one of them will call round to welcome and make sure that visitors are happy with everything. We are always on hand should there be a problem.

House rules

During July and August we can only accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday. We require a Booking form completed giving principal guest's postal address, names of other guests and ages if under 15. No one not named on the Booking form to stay in property overnight. On departure we expect the property to be left clean and tidy with all dishes washed otherwise we shall need to take a fee from the deposit.
